Optomap® Ultra-Widefield Retinal Image

At Eyeconic Eye Care, we pride ourselves on providing our patients with the best possible standard of care. Because of this, we perform Optomap® Ultra-Widefield Retinal Imaging on all of our patients during each eye examination.

The Optomap® Ultra-Widefield Retinal Image technology gives Dr. Climo a larger view of the back of your eye – the retina – than conventional eye examination equipment. The images can be taken without dilating your pupils – a very common procedure which is uncomfortable and inconvenient for many people.

Each Optomap® image is as individual as fingerprints and can provide a view of your retina very quickly and comfortably. The Optomap® image is captured in less than one second and is immediately available for the doctor to review.
